Crew Leader — Landscape Maintenance

We're looking for an experienced crew leader who can run a maintenance route, keep the crew moving, handle the customer on site, and leave every property looking sharp.
What you'll do
- Lead a maintenance crew on residential and commercial routes
- Mow, edge, trim, and detail properties to a high standard
- Prune shrubs and small trees; manage beds, mulch, and weed control
- Run and maintain mowers, trimmers, blowers, and the truck and trailer
- Plan the day's stops and keep the crew on schedule
- Communicate with customers on site and flag extra work to the office
- Leave every job site clean and safe
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of landscape maintenance experience, some in a lead role
- Comfortable running commercial mowing equipment
- Working knowledge of South Texas turf, plants, and irrigation basics
- Dependable, on time, and professional with customers
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (trailer experience a plus)
- Able to work outdoors in Texas heat and lift 50+ lbs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
